I have used to this franchise of Domino’s several times now and it is the best Dominos I have within in the UK. Inside, the store is spotless and the people working there genuinely care about making the best quality food they can. This is evident with the food they produce and deliver always oven hot.The food is always hot and extremely fresh and I wish other Domino’s franchisees could learn from this branch at Crystal Peaks. Don’t believe the bad reviews and order and you will certainly not be disappointed as the food is 10/10 every time.

Awful pizza, dry crust, hardly any toppings or sauce, not very hot. Then when I complained completely blanked me. I really wouldn't recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Absolutely pathetic…. Late delivery, cold and to top on top of the toppings a delivery and service charge….. never again absolute shambles, my advice, don’t!

Idk who made our pizzas tonight but they were perfect * , * i used to work at Dominos in the past and honestly these were 5⭐ pizzas. We order from Crystal Peaks Dominos from time to time and need to add that staff is very kind and helpful. I would add pics but there's not much left?

Took an age to arrive when it finally came it was clock cold. Tried ringing to complain just ringing and ringing no one could be bothered to answer phone. Appalling customer service. Wont be ordering from there again

Pizza's are nice, but customer service appalling! Given the wrong item, had to travel back to store. Other items went cold when waiting for the original item to be re-cooked. Store not answering phone when trying to ring to say what had happened. Replacement pizza was a medium pizza thrown together as opposed to the large item that was ordered and paid for. No apology from staff. Domino's Crystal Peaks, we are loyal customers who expected better!

We ordered at 20.17 the order eventually turned up at 21.25.I btought the boxes into the house and thought the boxes didn't feel very warm.On opening all the boxes (pizza, garlic bread and chicken wings) there was hardly any warmth in them, they were cool to touch.Both myself and my husband were trying to call the store continuously for at least 10 mins and not 1 person answered.I am extremely annoyed we have paid nearly £25 for cold pizza and can't get in touch with anyone to complain about it at the store.If I was not in isolation due to returning from holiday yesterday I would have drove down to the store myself.I want a refund this is unacceptable we have now wasted half the food due to it being cold and the fact I had to pay £1.50 for the pleasure of delivery!!!

Unfortunately not a great experience, nearly 2hrs for pizza to be delivered and when it tuned up everything was cold. Not ideal for the premium price Dominoes charge. App said it was out for delivery nearly 1hr but we live 10mins from the store?
