We've had problems at McDonald's Crystal peaks with a group of kids causing us to be stuck inside the shop, the kids come inside screaming at us, and manager S, Rihanna, then screams at us and starts swearing, I understand no body wants this to happen in their work place, but with the police advising us to stay in the shop and a "professional" swearing infront of everyone blaming us is unacceptable.

If I could have given zero I would, spent just over £60 on McDonald's delivery, only thing that arrived was fries and drinks, rang driver straight away, he blamed McDonald's, said to ring McDonald's, rang them and the apparent manager equally unhelpful, will not refund, will not resend, just kept saying that's our policy, not happy will not trust again

Orders are wrong far too often here. Don’t waste your time, just go somewhere else. They don’t even pick up the phone so I can get a refund on the food I paid for but wasn’t delivered.We won’t be ordering food from McDonald’s again. Very inconvenient “convenience” food.

Needed to just purchase the toy from the happy meal which have previously done at all mcdonalds for 99p but not at this one - served by what can only be described as a jobsworth hell bent on making me feel as embarrassed as possible for making a simple request - this branch has always been bad by trying to close as much of the seating down hours before it's due to close making you feel as welcome as a pile of dung but to deny one of the most basic requests which would have taken seconds to process really takes the biscuit - I'll stick to drakehouse who go out of their way to help and are able to process simple requests unlike crystal peaks who struggle to even be polite

I got a delivery order from here and was missing a 20 nugget share box, all the sauces and my food was freezing so I rang them up to see what they could do as I needed the nuggets now and the man on the phone was really rude and useless as he just took my details so I could get them on a later date when I was telling him we need them now as there is many of us and then he told me to hurry up giving the details as they were very busy but that is no excuse for missing my food off my order and poor customer service.
