Theres is a italian looking guy that runs this place i think he is a manager. For a few years ive been there. They seriously clean everywhere and served customers very nice. All the staff are really nice too. Its a good place to eat.

Placed an order for collection today , left a note for extra mayo. Well I could not believe the state of the sandwich I opened, I so wished I’d have taken a photo because you wouldn’t believe it unless you saw it. It was a mayo sandwich, absolutely filthy. When you say extra mayonnaise you don’t mean the full bottle. Along with this the tangy cheese nachos were cold soggy and stale. Took both back, so very rude about it. The girl sarcastically said “so you don’t want extra mayo then” like yes we do but not the full bottle also as a former subway worker I know for a fact “extra mayo” is an extra line of it! The sandwich and nachos was replaced, but the nachos was still stale so got chucked. I’d appreciate an email address to put a complaint in. It’s such a shame as we’ve used this subway for ages as it was our go to! Won’t be no more!

We go here a couple of times a month. Queue always goes down quickly even at busy times. Staff are nice and friendly. Food is spot on.

Tasted much better than it looked! The staff were efficient and friendly. Lots of choices, and all looked fresh. Meals came with a choice of bottled drink or refillable from the machine and cookies ? or crisps ? The only downside was the seating area was ready for a sweep and wipe down but they were pretty busy. I would definitely return. I had meatball 6" sub meal and my partner had mega meat footlong sub.

Absolutely brilliant! The staff are superb, they make you feel so very welcome. Food always is fresh, flavoursome and scrumptious. Premises are very well maintained and clean. Visiting this place has become our tradition when we are in the Crystal Peaks shopping centre. We definitely recommend to check it out!

Just at Subway crystal peaks with the grandsons the boys were very rushed but no other people waiting staff serving very abrupt rude didn't respect the boys choice very disappointedKim

We tried to use the vouchers ,but they didn't accept them, said they hadn't been told about them by Subway, even though yhe shop was on the list of participating restaurants. Would have been a good price with vouchers, but expensive for a sandwich without!
