I did a click and collect shop this afternoon and the young woman who brought out our shopping was an absolute delight to have dealings with. So pleasant and helpful. I hope Asda have some sort of reward scheme to show their appreciation to these special members of staff, this young woman deserves a rise. ?

A well maintained Store with a indoor Cafe that serves tasty meals and food.

Today I took an over 60 relative to your Carcroft pharmacy. When he couldn’t remember one of his medications the man working there got all God & mighty with him. When I stepped in to help & and offered to buy the things he wanted we were told he wouldn’t sell them to me eitherHe asked me if I was on medication which I am & he asked to see proof which I had & showed him. He didn’t even read it just refused to serve me now & my elderly relative. The employee needs to understand When dealing with the public you need to have patience especially with the elderly & when it comes to medication. The same tablets for upset stomach could be bought off the shelf in the main store with no checks.Needless to say my relative left feeling quite upset. We won’t be returning to your store again, there are plenty of chemists in the area to shop at that treat people with dignity.Less God complex & more customer service !

Staff are great but as a wheelchair user it is never impossible to shop the fridge section, as they have doors on. Making it so difficult.

Prices are high but good quality

Terrible staff and terrible store. Worked here several years ago and clearly it’s become even worse (didn’t think that was possible).Update: It's both amusing and sad the same trolley problems they had around 2012 are still happening in reviews from a few weeks ago. Good to see it's still absolutely disorganised and managed poorly.

Great store, well stocked and spacious

This is the worst supermarket I have ever used. They never have any trollies. It doesn't matter what time of day or week you go. The food options are not great either. They rarely have fully stocked shelves. If it wasn't convenient I would never go back.

No shopping trollies, this has been going on for months, following people around the carpark just to get a trolley, Asda need to sort it.
Has most groceries and other goods you'd need. Has male/female toilets and separate parent/child. Pharmacy, cafe, customer service desk, Max Speillman, personalise your items/photo frames, etc.. garden/houseplants and even gravel. Disabled parking. Click & collect shopping. Scan your own shopping with scan & go, plenty of self-serve checkouts, and a separate one for scan & go.

Farce with the trolley situation. Never enough. I left without even going inside today. Should not have to be competing with other shoppers just to get a trolley!!!! Just get more trolleys perhaps? Took my business to Morrison's.

Never any trolleys. If you go less than an hour before closing they lock what trolleys there are up. If you're still in the shop with 15 minutes to go, staff members hound you to go to the checkout -4 on this occasion! When you get to the checkout they want you to use self service. They refuse to take soft plastic recycling. There are always cars belonging to single people parked in the parent and child spaces while they get cash. This is neither monitored or policed. Some staff are cheery and pleasant, but others clearly couldn't care less. Asda train your staff better and motivate them. (pay decent people decent pay to do the job instead of the rude ones you get in.)
