What has happened to the womens clothing section - very very small space allocated unlike the children's section which is spacious and well set out, womens clothes are all squashed in and no real space to browse comfortable. I used to like browsing asda George clothes but avoid that section now. Its a shame because the new layout for home goods is very much improved.

It's 24 hrs which is great. I forgot about Sunday trading laws as it shuts at 4pm. But I was told opens at 7am mon right through to 10pm sat. Thanks to Yvonne who chatted to me as I packed and I agree bring back checkouts Asda

Too many empty and messy shelves especially in fresh fruit and veg, the baking supplies and bread.

My mum needed a crusty loaf but in the whole time we were in the store there was no staff in the bakery area. We needed a crusty loaf slicing as we struggle to do it. Found a staff member and was told that they bakery staff were on a break and go back at the end of our shopping which we did and they was still no one about, so couldn’t buy one.

I've always liked asda, but I've got to say the women's toilets in there was disgusting , I can't believe they was left to get that bad. Other than that staff friendly, queues went down fast.

Me and my boyfriend tried to come to the store at around midnight as the store claims to be 24 hours, I had women problems and needed products as we didn’t have any at home. Don’t understand why the store claims to be 24 hours yet close at 10. Terrible customer satisfaction in my opinion giving people false hope.

Poor experience yesterday. Had to call in for Free From bread and essentials. The gluten free bread section was an absolute disgrace, nothing in the right place, literally just thrown on so you didn't know the price without searching for it, very limited choice and free from cakes that were a month out of date! I don't choose to eat gluten free, it's a necessity and you've just made the experience even worse. Also if you're going to have a Christmas free from section remove the mini cheddar and various other things that contain gluten. You've got managers wandering round the store, get them busy.

Awful situation on checkouts. Self service basket area, self service trolley area. Staff doing anything including nothing rather than going on an actual till to try and alleviate the massive queues stretching up the aisles adjacent to the the three or four checkouts open in this non super superstore. Pathetic. The Management and supervisors ought to be ashamed about how they are ruining this once fabulous place.
