Just picked up 2 chicken shish fromBella pizza in Dunsville, had them loads of times before….whats happened? Everything in separate cartons, no garlic mayo at all which then made the kebab very dry…..very disappointed!!

Caught someone who was supposed to be delivering menus throwing them from the pavement into peoples gardens (a wet day too!) Was totally ignored when I confronted him.Contacted Bella Pizza to let them know that whoever they’d paid to deliver them had instead littered everyone’s gardens. Noticed later lots of other residents had done the same, instead of acknowledging it they’ve just deleted all the messages and ignored us so clearly they’re not bothered!Last time we ordered from Bella it took 2 hours to arrive and wasn’t the best to be honest, might’ve been tempted to try again though if the menu had actually been posted and not yeeted over my gate into a frigging puddle.

We have used Bella religiously for the last 3 years, least once a week with a minimum order of £30, never a real issue until the last 1 month or so. In the last 2 weeks our orders have been over 2 hours to deliver (last night 2.15hrs) with no real explanation, you have to chase them repeatedly only to get lied to.Last nights food has not agree with me today, but maybe that was due to getting wound up about the delivery!We will no longer be using Bella Pizza and I recommend that anyone else uses other local Pizza shops who wants and appreciates your business. Such a shame to see a good thriving business go to rack and ruin.

Waited over 1 hour for food to come cold yeah bring it at 12.10am when you can't ring rgem up over it when we put order in at 1020pm the very last time I will be getting anything from these food is horrible and so hard what a waste of money

Popped in a few times whilst on my travels…food at the time is always delicious but I suffer the next day (I’m not going into detail on that, you’ll get my drift!)

Waited over 90mins for food to turn up (was told when ordering 45mins)being only 1mile from shop. Ordered a chicken kebab wrap it turned up and was freezing cold as if it had just come out fridge or been sat on a counter for over an hour. Not ordering from them again.

Never ordering again got food poisoning and with seeing rats round the shop I wouldn’t be surprised. Absolutely diabolical behaviour and disgusting respect.Will be looking at reporting to health and hygiene inspection next.

Waited just under 2 hours for food, the food that came was nothing like we have had before... it was inedible! Ordered a chicken tikka kabab, the chicken tikka was just a big pile of mush dumped in a box (not even sure what was mixed in there) and a hard crusty pitta served seperately in a bag! all the food was only slightly warm and tasted dry, the cheesy chips were all matted together and cold and we were unable to eat them which is pretty disgusting for almost £4 per portion!
They struggle to manage during busy periods but we've learned to wait 15 minutes more than stated before heading out to collect our order, the pizzas are also far too herby for our liking and the orders are often wrong if only slightly, the girls who work the till are often more organised and efficient but shoved aside by the other staff. All that said though the food is always hot and fresh, well cooked and tasty. Of course you can go to Papa John's or Domino's for cheaper but that cancels out the staff getting to know you and appreciate your custom.Parking: Parking is very limited due to delivery drivers parking and 2 other food vendors on the site but be patient and you'll get a spot.

I'd give no stars if I could waited 2 hours for a pizza rang to complain got the upity little manager who said I had only rang an hour ago. I was told it had left 10 minutes ago rang again 20 minutes later was told it left 5 minutes ago then spoke to the cocky bell of as managers again who told me I was lying about my wait again and said it was leaving now I said I was told it had left 20 add minutes ago his reply was u didn't ask me it will be 10 minutes pizza turned up 30 minutes later, told them to tell there manager to stick it up the managers a55 or if he wanted I'd do it for him, unfortunately he didn't take up my offer please avoid this to55er

Honestly, 27 quid for 2 pizzas a garlic bread and half a bag of mcains fries. Wish i had gone to Aldi. Alternatively, Harrys fish bar is next door, and is one of the best chippies in Donny. Woeful. Below par cheese on toast for the top end of 30 brick. Never again. Gutted.Garlic bread is in the wheelie bin, best place for it.
