“Went in the KFC at the end of Sprotbrough road today 5th June around 11-10.my sister and I had our grandchildren, so we had our hands full. My sister went up first, then I went up to order. The staff don’t smile, what about service either a smile? I ordered a kids meal first then I ordered a Kristen, the girl said we don’t have any.so I said what cold drinks do you do, she said we don’t have any cold drinks. So another girl came to the till, I said have you got any hot drinks, she went and came back and said yes. I ordered a hot chocolate, I said you need to put on your door and till you don’t have cold drinks, she never said anything, wasn’t polite at all or sorry. I said can you bring it to the table for me please, because my granddaughter had dropped her teddy so I had to go back and look for it,and my sister was feeding the baby. She said no, we don’t do table service. It only had a couple of customers, they were not busy she could have helped me not sorry or helpful. Customer service was crap. I asked to speak to the manager, the girl behind the counter said he is here.I wanted him to come to me, he came and said he was sorry and he told me they had no Krushems because the machine was not working, but they had cold drinks. So why did they say they had no cold drinks, the manager kept saying sorry he brought me a cola drink to take it home. The girls never apologised to me,the manager said don’t write a review. I will never come here again the staff needs manners , they need to smile more. Stood behind the counter talking”
