After using this take away for the past 23 years through different owners. I will no longer be using again. After an hour of waiting I used app to see where my order was it came up on its way with the delivery drivers mobile number phoned the number no answer so phoned the shop asked where my food was just got a load of verbal and laughing in the back ground saying it was on its way. My order turned up an hour and half after ordering, luke warm with a load of excuses and no apology. Later got a phone call from the mobile number given from the delivery driver saying that he wasn't a delivery driver for chicco's. Tried the app severaltimes last night to leave a review but just kept telling me my order was still on its way. Definitely not using again....

Have ordered a couple of times from here before and everything has been completely fine. This time the chicken was so tough, chips were cold and it took over 2 hours to get here after being told it would be with us in 45 minutes. Missed off multiple items from our order and staff refused to send them! Will not be ordering from here again.
The Pizzas from Chico’s are the best I’ve had always on point with their food if there’s a problem they are super quick to resolve it I love chicos best take away around

Ordered 2 hours ago and no food after 1 hour, rang to ask how long she said half hour then said no it’s comin After I told her how long I’ve been waiting, was rude and wasn’t bothered . Waited 40 mins more still nothing so rang back up was told that it’s been delivered, I said no it hasn’t he then said oh u rang up before and asked for it to be delivered in edlington because u said there was a flood.. I said r u joking!!!???? And THEN proceeds to tell me my old address , when I never had a delivery from there before to old address.. sumat bloody dodgy goin on there!! So don’t know who rang them cuz it wasn’t my number he read out .. and to add insult to injury I got wait 5 days for refund ???

I'd rather eat cat food! But all jokes aside this place should have a 0 star rating. And if your reading this thinking "he's over exaggerating" then go ahead and find out.
