I ordered through Just Eat and the estimated delivery time was 45-60 minutes, however it took THREE HOURS for our food to be delivered. I rang up twice to ask if it was on it's way but the girl on the phone sounded unprofessional and uninterested, she had no phone manners and she didn't even apologise for the extreme delay.After a three hour wait I then recieved an email to say my order had been delivered when it hadn't, followed by emails to say it had been cancelled because the driver was unable to find my address. No one has ever had problems finding my address before, I live on a normal street with a visible door number.Eventually the food turned up and the driver was apologetic, but the food was barely warm and I had to reheat it in the microwave.The food was ok but we would have eaten anything at this point as we were starving. The curry's were watery, the chicken balls were tough and the sweet & sour sauce tasted like vinegar. It wasn't worth a three hour wait.I only ordered from here because our usual Ocean take away was closed. I definitely won't be giving them my custom again.I'm unable to leave a review on Just Eat because it says my order was cancelled, I wonder if they do this on purpose so that you can't leave a review?

Having been recommended to us we just ordered from here for the first and last time. The food is vile, the salt and pepper chicken is ridiculously spicy, we always order that from Chinese take aways but this was silly hot, and the chicken itself had a fishy taste to it.Just thrown £30 worth of Chinese in the bin.

Do not order from this chinese, it is awful. Also ordered beef in black bean and an egg fried rice and sent me the beef in black bean rice box and a rice separately, how thick can you be. The box had about 5 pieces of beef in, complete waste of time.

Had delivery a month ago meat was rubbery and where absolutely awful and I've ordered regularly for a few years. Avoid this place

Very nice food, these kinda places never seemed bothered about the premises in terms of comfort, they always seem very cold but I suppose when you're there just to pick up food it doesn't matter.

Wasn't made aware the duck pancake was plain pancakes with no duck.... Chicken skewers with satay sauce was very dry and hard rest of our meal was ok (not great)We have had many times before and always been good but will not buy again

Lovely food, everything was fine. Staff were friendly. Sweet and sour sauce was maybe a little too sweet. But everything else was perfect. Fast service and good price.

Was a good place in the past, was helpful and good service but last delivery we got burnt food, called them and they were to send a replacement and they wanted to collect burnt item, said fine. After it wasn’t delivered called again to be told would not be sent out and we could collect it or they would send extra next time. Explained wasn’t was agreed and couldn’t collect as had a drink. Totally not interested. This is unacceptable and poor service. Won’t use again.

Ordered a vegetarian spring and it had shrimp. What’s vegetarian about that? I’m not allergic or non vegetarian or anything but it’s a serious health hazard for someone who may be allergic. Not to mention the rice was crunchy.

I wold avoid this place 100% food vile, staff rude, the shop filthy. In my opinion needs closing down for good. Also giving it one star is being kind. This review needs changing so you can give minus stars. If you are unfortunate enough and do eat from this establishment do so at your own risk!.....
