This is my favourite place for a curry in Doncaster, the staff are always so friendly, they remember our names and always ask how we are. The food is always delicious, never had a bad meal here.

When you first walk in its appears to be a bit basic but the food was really good, and the menu was a bit different so had a fish curry which was really nice

Was a little apprehensive as it isn’t the best looking from an outside view (could do with a little revamp) nevertheless don’t allowing first impressions to put you off as the food was absolutely amazing 10/10 cooked my curry to perfection! We have been to many Indians and decided to travel further afield, so happy we did!!Amazing friendly welcoming staff too!!Thankyou we will most definitely be back

Ordered at 6pm came at 8.30pm called twice and just didn't care, poor attitude and when it came the chips were wet and soggy.

Went last night with good anticipation ,but iam afraid the food wasn't great hardly any flavours the wifes sauce tasted same as mine even though we had two different dishes, garlic bread was flavourless seemed like the sauce was out of a bag just poured over the chicken ,the chef needs to sort ASAP

I've not placed an order here for at least 15 years... It was always good food and great staff.I placed an order for delivery, the food came on time, and was fantastic. I really don't think there's any better in Doncaster.

Love this place. Go most weeks. Great food, great service.
Called in "again" after our visit in 2018... we actually thought it was closed at first... there were no outside lights... anyway after a warm welcome we were treated to some great food.... it wasn't that busy but it was only 9pm when we went. The food was hot, tasty and the service good... I would defo recommend that you seek this place out if you fancy a nice curry... especially if you visit the pubs of the market place... its only a 2 mins walk away....

Went here Saturday06/11/21, table for 6. Friendly staff and great service, we all had pops, pickle trays and mains, rice, Nan. We all said it was the best Indian sit down meal we have had. Very flavoursome and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will be back real soon.

We ate onion bhaji, chicken chaat, chicken shashlick and mixed tandoori grill. It was perfect and the naan and rice too. The service was friendly, efficient and timely. The restaurant isn’t modern, with shiny lights and signage, but it is well worth a visit if you appreciate good, authentic food. We would definitely return.

We have been eating in & getting takeaways from Doncatser Tandoori for years & have never had a bad experience. The meal is always really tasty & you can't beat the prices. We had a takeaway from there last night (you get a discount if you collect); the food was ready quickly
