Went today and the service was so slow. I waited for over 20 minutes to been seen too. When got there hardly anything ready. I get it gets busy but why not plan ahead knowning this. I ended up walking out with just sausage rolls. No hot chicken snacks hardly any sandwiches. Was not great.

First off I use Different Gregg's all the time due to driving round with my car recovery truck and nearly all the time I come away with a decent sandwich and a hot drink I've called at White rose gate Gregg's now on 4 different occasions and they never have any baguette left, surly management should think we need to make more ??? Any way to top it off the 4th visit to this white rose gate Gregg's there where 2 car parking spaces left and driving a car recovery pick up (not HGV 3.5t) which is over 20' long and 7'7' wide is very awkward to park in these small places as you drive in there is a very inviting layby just perfect for larger vehicles so on this occasion I parked there for the full 2 minutes it took me at most to establish there was no baguettes left and left, 5 days later I was sent a fine though the post for £100 for not parking in a marked bay. If I had parked in a marked bet someone would have been upset about how close I'd parked to there vehicle.The layby is so inviting I feel like if been scammed, there should be clear markings on the floor indicating no parking. I regularly pass and there's always someone parked in the lay-by they must be making £1000s out of us hard working public.Gregg's may say we don't own the carpark and rent the building, but you are directly linked and could complain to your landlord.I've been through my bank statement and visit Gregg's 3 times a week spending about £7 so I reckon I spend about £1100 a year.I made a decision I will never return to Gregg's. I'm totally disgusted !

Totally disappointed. Not health and safety. Rude customer service. I asked for bag to put my all stuff she through toward me to pack myself, she was tuching nose and then tuching food .please dont visit Greggs carhouse road .(whiterose way.)Date visit 8/10/2023.Not recommend anyone .telling family and friends to avoid this place.

I did use this greggs 2 to 3 times a week, but since I just found out there is one of those rip of car parking company's In control of the car park, I will not use again, how many people really look at signs, u park up go into greggs get your stuff and of you go, please be aware make sure u park in a parking spot and not the big pull in in front of the shops, they sent me a nice £60 bill. Bloody dear greggs. apart from that typical greggs,

Location and more importantly the parking is a nightmare, so many rules and regulations just to nip in and grab lunch. Won't be using this Gregg's again.

I don't call in as often as I could but it's always a nice to go. I have the 02 App that gives me a free sausage roll every weekend and I've got the Gregg's App that appears to give you free stuff though I have no idea how to use. The point is every time I go to Gregg's the staff who are obviously busy and could probably do without some ditzy old lady trying to figure out how to use said Apps are ALWAYS polite, friendly and more than happy to help out the ditzy old lady they are confronted with. I have nothing but appreciation for their assistance and friendly service. . .. . . The foods pretty good too
