Two guests had carvery, both were very ill that night, one being my 79yr old mum, who is never ill. Doubling stomach cramps, diarrhoea followed by vomiting..... certainly put us off revisiting

Shannon was really lovely served us straight away. Polite person and very thoughtful to ask about how my dad was from his heart operation. We both enjoyed our carvers.
As always the staff very friendly and the atmosphere good. Only slight negative for me is if you don't have carvery, your other food is usually warm, not hot? I like my food piping hot when served? Otherwise a great pub to go to ??Kid-friendliness: There us a separate child area away from the main bar for children, the pub is well laid out.
Terrible , foot hard cold and uncooked and no turkey to feed 5 plates no mash potatoes when asked said that’s it for today it was 7pm !! Stuffing was so hard you would have broken a tooth if chewed .disgusting food

We have been to the Housemartin several times recently, and it has been consistently good, food, service and friendly staffParking: Not a huge car park but more spaces nearby.Wheelchair accessibility: Two sets of doors, but not too bad getting in.

The best burger you'll find anywhere! My wife and I both had the ultimate spicy burger. We were both of the same opinion. FANTASTIC! The service was great and by the time we left we couldn't find fault in anything. Hats off to the chef who cooked the best best burger I have ever had. 5 stars doesn't do it justice.

Very appalled by the food we ordered ordered a steak baguette and the peri peri chicken. There was barely any filling in any of them as you can see by the pic. Also got 10 chips each for the cost of 10.00 per
