Think you need to teach your staff some manners, being cut off in the drive through before even finishing my order. "Yeah, what drink?" Then not listening at all amd giving me the wrong drink, and I saw the girl doing my box just throw my food in it like some kind of basketball player. Absolutely ridiculous. The older male staff members were watching a mobile phone in back while a young girl served at front counter .the shop was empty at this timeAfter ordering our meal we found that the eating areas were in need of cleaningAfter informing management of my observations he automatically instructed the young female staff member to complete this task after serving myself and another customer .I watched him return to his colleges to carry on with the mobile phone with 4 other male staff members.I find this disappointing to see when all young staff members need guidance and support not run into floor while been abused by higher members of staff

This order wasn’t even delivered, when I called the restaurant they were extremely unhelpful and very confrontational. After working at a different branch for a year offered to explain how to cancel the order. However the person I spoke to who claimed to be a manager decided to shout down the phone and argue that this was not possible. I was not argumentative or confrontational at all as I know how that can feel. They also didn’t tell me that they could not deliver my order due to missing ingredients until an hour and a half after I ordered. Disgraceful service. Can not fault Deliveroo or the driver as they were as helpful as they could possibly be. Hopefully an Rock or something sees this and puts this right or provides some training

The chicken is horrible and greasy.Slowest service imaginable.The chicken fillet burgers have barely any chicken in it. 1 droplet of mayo and half a leaf of lettuce.At least this restaurant is consistent at proving bad and cold food. Never again will we eat at this place, gave it too many opporutnies. There's a reason why it's always empty inside these days.

Ordered the kids a kids meal which came with a chocolate sundae or pineapple stick. Of course the kids picked the chocolate sundae. When it was time to collect they told us they wasn't doing the chocolate sundae anymore and the only option was the pineapple stick. We asked if there was any other alternative as the kids wasnt keen on the pineapple sticks, as there was cookies available. So we asked if they could have a cookie instead and was told yes but youve gotta pay for it. So it was a pineapple stick or nothing. Asked to speak to management to discuss the matter and she wasnt bothered at all. Wouldnt come to the counter. Just told the staff to say no. On top of all that gravy was like water and the chicken tasted weird. The restaurant itself was absolutely freezing so the food was cold within a matter on minutes. Worst experience ever.

My 1st order was delivered to the wrong address, got a refund 2 days later. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again today. Still waiting for my order from 5.45pm. Time keeps changing every 5 minutes. Tried ringing them, and no answer. I Will NEVER order from KFC again, and would advise everyone else to think twice before ordering.

Finger licking good. Definitely the best KFC in Doncaster. The staff are young but are extremely polite and talented individuals. The food was a 9/10. My hot wings were ever so slightly burnt but my burger made by that handsome lad with the large head was pukka.

Absolutely shocking. That's the best I can say. On this occasion, customers were stood at the counter just waiting to be served for 20+ minutes. There were loads of staff, but non of them seemed to be serving, just concentrating on delivery orders. One order was sat on the counter for 10 minutes going cold before a staff member decided to take it for the customer. My food was next, for takeaway. Having seen what I just seen, I checked it before leaving. It was cold - just as well I checked! They re-made it, but forgot the dips. I went back for them, and while I was waiting, the manager? was explaining to a delivery customer who'd come to collect over the delay. They were told the order had been "cancelled" by the driver. The driver was stood behind him and showed the order live on his screen.Not sure what's going on tonight, but nothing right it seems!
Once again we have got the meal home to eat only to find that half of the chicken is missing ...in this instance we ordered the gravy bucket and the 6 mini fillets were missing...a problem as I dont eat meat on the bone. Tried calling them 8 times and they didn't answer the phone. It's not good enough .

Shocking service, was in the drive through que to be asked to come inside and order, I got inside no one in front of me with at least 4 staff members and a manager! I had to asked to be served. I finally got served and was told 10 mins after that I would have a 15 min wait on chicken. When my food was finally ready there was no gravely in the bag, I went up to the counter to tell the staff member when he put his hand in my face and told me he was only doing delivery. Definitely avoid at all costs! It’s just not worth the hassle. 50mins I was in there in total!

Got my order wrong despite us virtually being the only people there, said there was no ice cream going so swapped it for a drink but totally ignored a second order for a drink because we'd forgotten to add it to the order. Couldn't be bothered making a fuss over £1.50 or whatever it was. Food was pretty cold once we got it.

Food was good, no fault in that but after someone bringing out our order from the drive thru it was a different order so had to go back in and get it changed for our order. Always make sure you check before leaving that your order is correct.

Probably the worst KFC I've ever visited! Luke warm food was served, the chicken and fillets had zero flavor and was bland and the staff were not friendly or welcoming. We were served the oldest, driest, smallest, flavourless bits of chicken I've ever seen. We all agreed in the car that the colonels seasoning had not been used that day. Made a mental note never to revisit this branch again. It was genuinely disappointing.
