Food is Usually spot on, the only downfall is when they forget to add the dip to go with my mozzarella sticks! This happens regularly ?\\nWhen I've used the drive through some of the workers sounds miserable as sin, come on cheer up sound like your enjoying your job ? service with a smile and all that! I do try to cheer them up with the delightful cheery comment as I pay and get my order though.\\n\\nOn the most part clean inside and outside, always someone bumbling round with a mop ?

Anyone fancy a job as maintainence man for the ice cream machine? Full time position as it goes off line on a daily basis. Unless the reason for not having ice cream is that they under ordered it. Surely not though, even if some thoughtless customers eat more of it in summer!

Unfortunately this was not our best experience staff didn't have a clue, chips were cold and wouldn't give us fresh. Served our ice cream before apple pies had been put in to cook then they dropped one and we had to wait again. Only person with any semblance of intelligence was cleaning

Excellent!. Covid aware cleaning screens where orders are made. Very friendly too. Manager has done a great job. Food was hot coffee good too.

Wow thanks for being so helpful ‘EMMA’\\nOrdered 2 chicken selects meals obviously for the dip that comes with them! No sauces delivered we rang and they refused to send any out we couldn't pick up because we are isolating. Kids happy meal drink not delivered either. Wanted me to re order another £6 and then ‘refund’ me not worth it.

What a dump! More often than not go through drive though and half the order is missing when we get home! Chips taste like they’ve been warmed up 3 times and burgers look like they’ve been kicked around the kitchen! Won’t be using this one anymore after I’ve just got home and half the order is once again not here yet I’ve paid for it! I’ll stick to the woodlands branch where food, service and staff put this lot in the shade! If I could leave no stars I would!

Used it for drive through breakfast but had to wait for order not great considering the main sales are breakfast muffins and hot drinks at that time in morning. Staff were pleasant and muffins and hot chocolate a delight and went down well. Couldn't fault the food.

Spicy burger was really good, all four portions of chips were appalling, how can something so simple be so bad? they were like chewing thick string.. It was drive through so didn't know til home, very dissapointing 😡
