Very nice food ordered over the phone Staff was very nice and patient while I figured what I wanted to order the pizzas I highly recommend . The delivery driver was very polite aswell good experience

I have ordered regularly from nosh street food and have not had any issues until recently.My daughter and I ordered kebabs and when they arrived (late) the chicken was pink and raw in the centre. We contacted nosh and they said that it was not raw and was just the marinade? It was definitely not cooked. We decided to give them another chance as I understand sometimes mistakes happen but once again after late delivery (took an hour and 30 minutes from time of order) the delivery driver told me that he had delivered my food to the wrong house but would go and get it and be back in 10 minutes, I explained that this was not acceptable as I did not want food that had been in someone else’s house that I don’t know and did not want my order. I have had no contact from nosh and neither have I even had an apology! Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again!

Can I rate this 0 stars? I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. Ordered food at 23.20pm and arrived stone cold at 01.03am when we were all in bed trying to sleep and after a refund had tried to be issued, which they declined. They just take your money.

Absolutely horrific. Under new ownership and unfortunately gone down hill massively. Waited over 2 hours, despite the driver being 2 minutes away for over an hour. For context, address is less than 3 minute drive. It arrived cold, incorrect order and inedible some of the things. Manager offered a full refund, which did not materialise, and is now avoiding all contact to process this.
