Bloke named Johnny (definitely not a Johnny) blows his nose whilst talking over the phone. Speaks in his own language instead of English and states that it will take 2 hours to deliver an order. Offered to collect in store but stated that that my delivery fee won’t be cancelled. Stated to cancel the order over the app but that’s not even possible to do.

They lost my order and are rude and incompetent on the phone. Terrible service with a rude manager. They tried to say they didn't receive an order with even screenshot confirmation. You would think they can handle simple tasks but obviously not. If you want to be stolen from and swore, shouted at, order from these jokers.

ordered 2 hours before it was due to arrive, when it hit being half an hour late i called. rang about 3 times and didn't get through, when i finally got through i was greeted by a very dismissive person who told me it was 5 mins away. surprise, it wasn't. very disappointed considering i was out all day, hadn't eaten and ordered early to assure i got food when i got in but nevermind

Ordered a few pizzas, do very took an hour and a half. The tracker said they were out for delivery and it took 43 minutes for them to actually arrive after that. When we did get our order everything was cold and chewy, pretty rubbish. We won't be ordering from here again, there's plenty of other pizza places to go to.

Delivery took over an hour, received a message saying it had been delivered yet didn't receive it til 15 minutes after the message. Food was cold and disappointing. I called and told I would get a full refund. That didn't happen. Never ordering again.
Always ready on time and a simple menu. We have a pizza shop a 5 minute walk away but as takeaways are a treat we'd rather be always guaranteed quality and taste and travel a bit. Never had a bad meal from Papa John's!!

Worst Papa John's in Doncaster, but unfortunately the only one that delivers to us. We order it a lot and 99% of the time they forget special garlic sauce in at least one of the pizzas. Tracker doesn't work, so you actually have no clue where your order is. Most of the time they mess up the order as well. Last time I ordered they sent me jalapeno bites instead of Vegan side that I ordered. Honestly up your game Hall Gate Papa John's, your loyal customers don't deserve such treatment!

Absolute joke of a place this has turned out to be! Used to get food within 30mins now you are waiting over an hour half for two pizza tracker isn’t updated right food it out on delivery for 35 mins before it even gets to you! Will be going back to dominos after tonight’s ****show!

I ordered a Phillycheese steak pizza from here, when I got the pizza it had no steak on it, when I rang the store they said they had no steak in store. I said they shouldn't have advertised the pizza then and they couldn't make. Phillycheese STEAK pizza without steak. they said they would have a new pizza sent out and asked what I wanted. after waiting an hour and still not receiving a pizza I rang back and someone else answered who had no idea what I was talking about asked
