Pizza was up to standard, but again, a wait for desserts.I don't like giving a tip online as I never know if they receive it, so this needs to be made better.We are a large party but everything seems to be wrong. Received food 1hr 40 minutes after our booking time, and finished over 3 hrs after we arrived. everything in the place was missing, ran out or just broke. if you visit when its quite, i expect that you would have a great meal, if its busy it seems to fall apart.staff were really understanding, and agreed with the customers complaints and basically put it down to there not being sufficient levels of trained staff to cope with the demand.

The service from welcome to goodbye was excellent. The quality of the food was good. Both of the front-of-house staff members were attentive and friendly.The only negative was the quality of the loo paper.

Customer Service in this place is a joke. Now call me a dinosaur, but I loved the old days when: 1. YOU COULD PAY CASH 2. YOU GOT SERVED AT THE TABLE BY A REAL PERSON 3. I COULD THEN TIP SAID REAL PERSON WITH..... CASH! First thing they say to you when you walk in the door is, "It's card only, is that ok?" Well no it's not ok, it's a joke. If my local boozer can take cash then why not this dump. Next they show you to a table, give you a menu and say "When you want to order just scan the barcode with your phone, download a stupid pizza hut app, and order online with said app." I said, "Er no I'm not downloading your stupid app". They said "OK, so go over to the computer terminal over there and enter your table number and place your order." I said "forget it" and we left. How can they call this progress? It now takes longer to order than before, means you've got to faf about basically doing their job for them. What next, cook the food yourself? Wash up afterwards maybe? Nah sorry Pizza Hut. I will NEVER return.

Ordered delivery. Expected stonebaked pizza ?, but pizza was made in basic electric pizza oven which any takeaway have. Taste of pizza is basic and nothing special. At least they seasoned my pizza with little oregano. Too expensive and doesn't match

Havent been to a pizza hut in a long time and they didn’t disappoint. I cant have dairy products but can have meats but they dont offer anything on the menu for pizzas with my needs but when i asked and explained what i wanted they went above and beyond to accommodate me and i had the nicest meat supreme pizza with vegan cheese.Dietary restrictions: They offer a list of whats in there foods if you have an allergy so you can make a choice of what to eat and know what your able to eat and what your not.

Another place where you have to use QR code just to order pizza. App was not that easy to navigate and then unable to get discount, price of a pizza was ridiculous so I left and went suburb instead, pizza and burger for half the price. Used to be nice back in the day but now it's just not that enjoyable....

We went into the restaurant for a meal and we were by no means disappointed. The food itself was lovely and warm too, with a good selection for all taste buds. Children enjoyed the visit just as much as us adults did. We will definitely be returning sometime soon!

This is difficult to review as we serve ourselves and have very little interaction with staff but the host that showed us to our table was lovely and explained the process.Always the first to finish my 'hut' - especially after a spell at Doncaster Dome swimming.Happily return to Doncaster time after time to get my 'hut' fixKid-friendliness: My girl loves the pizza, salad and ice cream kids meal.

Great value for kids a little pricey for adults, but to be fair you can get your money's worth on refill and the salad bar.Everything is ordered through a QR code table no. And brought to your table. So if you order a kids meal with the ice cream ? factory included the staff bring over a bowl and spoon ?? etc.It took me around 10 minutes to complete my order for 2 and approximately 15 minutes for the pizza ? to land at our table. I went for the BBQ chicken and fries and salad bar bowl. It all tasted pretty good. The pizza ? was a little harder than I'd like for a thin.crust, but went down all the same.Clean restaurant with a few areas needing some TLC (seats etc)Good access and clean toilets.Thanks for having us! ?❤️??

Fully digital - absolute joke - led to table by manageress then have to carry out the whole ordering and paying experience on a phone. No-one to take an order or pay a bill with. 1 pizza didn't turn up (the app didn't take the order) had to wait an extra 10 mins for desert waitress didn't realise we had finished main. Go back to proper service or forever lose my custom. I would have been better off and more comfortable ordering from home and sitting in comfort. Very expensive as well
