Ordered a chicken wrap tonight and will not be ordering food from Pizza Jim again.The food was only Luke warm at best but I wasn't expecting the shard of plastic from the top of a sauce bottle that I almost swallowedI've reported them to Doncaster Council via the Food Standards Agency and still have the plastic shard as evidence.I called the takeaway to speak to the manager to alert that there could be plastic shards in other orders as it was clear I had only one piece, but he didn't seemed concerned and was sure my order was the only one affected.So for anyone ordering anything with chilli sauce or garlic mayo onyou food tonight (29/03/2024) I would advise you to check your food.0/5..... average food and extremely poor customer service. As I said to the manager on the phone, you get one chance when it comes to food.

Ordered our first delivery. Only a portion of Jim Special Kebab. Food was decent. Chicken and shish kebab were juicy. Not too dry like other takeaways. Marinated nicely. Donee kebab was also good . If I was not on diet one portion would be enough for myself only but I shared it with husband and he also got full. :) finally I found a good takeaway near us for ordering sometimes.
Ordered chicken Shish skewers, chips and salad. Chips were really nice, came with spice on them which was a plus for me, but could have easily done with 10x more spice. If I’d have realised spiced chips were an option I’d have happily paid a little extra to have a decent coating.Chicken was a bit bland, but was cooked well which made up for it. Good salad too.Would go again but wouldn’t get the chicken skewers.

Food was great, got a large portion of fries also. Excellent customer service. They also substitute the mushrooms for chicken as I requested.

Being using on and off for a while now but,seams to have gone down hill. Ordered donner meat and pita bread donner meat looks like scrapings from bottom of pan pita dry . Not good at all would not recommend.
