Brought chicken balls and chips wiyh curry sauce, asked for the sauce to be put on one sode, when the person at the front told the chef, all you could hearing was shouting. Finally got home to already re heated chips, chicken balls that were cold hard/frozen. Tasted terrible, would not reccomend and wont be re visiting thats for

Absolutely gorgeous! The food was hot and very tasty. I’ve been searching for a good Chinese takeaway and I’ve found it at Red Diamond. I’ll certainly order from them again, I’m over the moon, especially as I’m vegetarian. Highly recommended ?

I have been ordering from this take away for year it was once a fav of mine until tonight that is!! I called up to explain that the chips I had received were cold and the crispy shredded beef was unfortunately not crispy, I spoke with a young lady on the phone who was very polite and seemed rather embarrassed to return to the phone having spoke with her manager, to explain to me that the food was warm and was sent straight after cooking, so they were refuses to do anything about it or in fact even believe me. This is when I explained to her that the chips was actually reheated and grey looking and they haf barely any flavor to them, and the beef that is stated as Crispy shredded beef on the menu was in fact soggy. This poor lass went back and forth between me and her boss trying to explain to them that she knew me to be a I'm a long term customer that has never complained previously and that I'd like them to come to the phone and speak with me about it, they refused to speak with me and was told that they're uwilling to do anything about as it was warm when it was sent (like they would ever say they sent it cold!) and if anything it was most likely my fault for ordering from them as they are in hide park and I'm in Bentley... Absolutely shocking service and I won't be ordering from here again, it has been going downhill a bit lately with regards to food quality and portion sizes in my opinion, but I didn't say anything and I remained loyal as it was once a fave of mine, but after been treat this way and made out to be someone who's lying about a bloody bag of chips! I will not order again, you don't treat customers that way, and then take their money for bs reheated food! And refuse to even speak to them when they have a very valid complaint.
