Bought 5 meals , one wasn't cooked , took that one back and they refused to refund , offered a can of Fanta in return , if we had been trying it on we would have taken all 5 back , spoilt it for us now , for the sake of 1 bad meal they have lost the custom of 5 meals being bought at a time , won't ever use again

On the menu it says they take card when we went to pick up our order they said they only take cash we went to the near by Asda and got some cash out, after returning with the cash with found out that they have thrown our order in the bin we were gone no longer than 10 minutes.

I'm a big reviewer all over the UK and not local so sometimes when u so for something to eat at a takeaway I ask them to wash my food bowl..... Since start of covid everyone been totally fine regardless of where I've been in the UK.Tonight stop at rose cottage and they refused...? So back to van... Wet wipes n paper napkins...job done.2nd attempt...got food...not that great.... Tasted loads better locally ?
