Ordered a takeaway online. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I went to collect it, they said it wasn't ready yet. Then after a 10 minute wait, they came back and said they couldn't find my order. Service was very chaotic. But once I got my order and got home, the food was absolutely amazing.

Amazingly tasty. I’d recommend the BBQ ribs, crispy chilli chicken, beef chow mien. Always fast cooking times if you pick up. Highly recommend

Worst takeaway I’ve had for along time. I paid nearly £16 for two mains and a bag of chips. I didn’t receive any free prawn crackers. The chicken curry was mainly onions and peas. The chips had been re heated and tasteless and the Chicken Chow Mein Chicken piece taste processed. Avoid not returning again.

I have been ordering food from hear a lot it was not nice and ordered chicken dish it come in a small container not large then question by the manager stated I should have asked for a large it didn't state that in the menu
Got spring rolls as starter,horrible dripping with oil.sweet and sour chicken balls also very oily very disappointed been going there for a few years will be giving it a miss in future

Rang for a meal delivery, 1 item was wrong and the food was barely warm, spoke to the Manager who was very nice and apologised, sent out the meal again with 1 item corrected, as always the food was lovely. Thank you..

Started to use shanghai Chinese a bit of time ago and would highly recommended. Food spot on drive always friendly as are shop staff .

Very rarely get takeaways but due to having to cancel a meal out we decided to try Shanghai. The food arrived hot and was really nice. Decent size portions too. We will definitely be using Shanghai againVegetarian options: My daughter had the satay tofu which she said was lovely
