We came for the Harry styles & Taylor swift bottomless brunch and had a great server jade, always making sure everything was okay at our table, met all standards of customer service & was so very kind, extremely pleased :)

Unsure if they grilll the beef or not but wouldn’t have had them any other way.Drinks: could have been stronger. A better selection of cocktails - not as good as others regardless a good brunch.Would I recommend: absolutely.

We visited Slug and Lettuce this afternoon in Doncaster Town Centre. Our host Jade was very efficient with drinks. The brunch was also very good value for money and food lovely.

**Review: Slug & Lettuce - Doncaster**Rating: ⭐⭐⭐Slug & Lettuce in Doncaster offers a welcoming environment, complete with friendly and helpful staff who aim to make your visit as pleasant as possible. The atmosphere is inviting, a nice backdrop for catching up with friends or enjoying a casual meal.However, my experience was somewhat compromised by issues related to the menu. Several items I initially ordered were not available, leading to a bit of back-and-forth with the staff as I had to choose alternatives. While the staff were understanding and assisted graciously, the situation did add a layer of awkwardness to the dining experience.On the positive side, the staff were quick to offer alternatives and my eventual drinks, although not my first choices, were served without any further complications. The team's friendly disposition somewhat mitigated the inconvenience caused by the limited menu options.In summary, Slug & Lettuce provides a good atmosphere and commendable customer service but could benefit from more accurate menu availability to avoid unnecessary hiccups. For now, it's a solid three-star venue with room for improvement.

Had a superb experience at the bottomless brunch, I'm from Nottingham so it was my first visit and it didn't disappoint both Alex and Chardz were attentive and super helpful and added to the experience all customers seem to leave happy and the food was lovely and really enjoyable experience.

2 for 1 cocktails, more like 1 between 2 (glasses) the young girl that served us was absolutely lovely, we are not complainers but this was 1/2 a glass. The manager was extremely rude, very flippant attitude and said "well that's how they are and it fine if you don't want them but you won't be getting a refund" luckily we hadn't paid. Same complaint 2 weeks previous with response things would improve but dosnt seem that way!! The cocktails where made up from ready mixed bottles and we even question if they had used the measures for one!!!Not a pleasant experience

We went for my 18th birthday and it was amazing. It’s so good for the price. Our server was amazing, Jaime. She was so nice and got us anything we needed and made the day so much easier. Great time definitely going again.

Wow! Jamie went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. After finding out slug and lettuce aren’t making the raving rainbows anymore I was very upset :( However Jamie went and made her own recipe of this amazing drink. I can’t thank her enough for making my day. What an amazing person with amazing customer service skills. I can’t thank Jamie enough ❤️
