10 of us been for lunch today and it was brilliant. The food and the service was perfect and we'll all spread the word. We had a 30% voucher to use which made the meals such good value. The meat pie 3 of us had was exceptional and the steaks ordered were cooked to perfection. A great lunch had by all and all the staff especially the landlady so friendly and obliging. This was a very good experience, we went at 1pm sun it was fairly quiet but service was excellent my son wanted to play pool before dinner, staff really good service, we ordered starters which we ate in pool room, very nice !! We then went to dining area, everything was clean and menu laid out clearly, i ordered and a few alterations were accepted chips/mash etc. The Food arrived soon enough and all three of us cleared our plates i can definitely recommend the mixed grill. All in all very good food, good serviceParking: Easy and free

Visited yesterday because it really is a dog friendly pub. It happened to be the first day of their new menu so we were lucky enough to get a ,30% discount off our foodAll good is cooked fresh so it's hot and well presentedDogs are really spoiled

Food was good and very reasonable for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful.Decor is rather dated, chairs were uncomfortable and these factors detracted from our enjoyment of the visit.
Very good food and service, was exceptional. Very polite staff and food was gorgeous. 10/10 and i would definitely eat here again for lunch.

Fabulous visit to celebrate my birthday today. I enjoyed the curry which was tasty and delicious. As it was my birthday I was treated to a free ice cream sundae. I would highly recommend to everyone and we have already booked to come again.

Sincs new landlady took over the pub is definatly becoming popular,Good food, friendly staff and atmosphere, dj nights, kareoke, live acts. Pool table ,darts. And all the food prepared by the chef's from the various menu's. Good choice of gluten free food as well .also kids menu . The kitchen is cooking Monday through to Sundays. Friendly staff warm welcome ,dogs are also welcome when on lead.
