Why would you heat up a salad wrap? Very specifically ordered a cold wrap.

We ordered on just eat, it took over an hour to get to us and when it came we were missing food and the sandwiches were wrong and even after stating no cheese due to allergies they put it on.

3 sandwiches looked ok. When I opened my tuna Mayo I could of broke a window with how hard the bread was. Surely her who made the sandwich knew how long it had been there. Absolute joke. What a waste of money. Stay away from this place

Appalled at the customer service me and my partner just received, visited the store at 12:30 23/01/22 and the two employees are not up to protocol when it comes to basic food handling and hygiene, the server who was on bread, assembled the sandwich with the meat filling then proceeded to put salad on the sandwich without changing gloves, total disgrace and total cross contamination with the touching of meat and then salad, the other employee on till had no idea on what he was doing, got all the way to the car to realise he hasn’t cut the two foot longs in half, which is basic subway procedure, with this visit I would not recommend this store to anyone and especially if you are vegetarian or vegan. If I could I put no stars I would.

Pre-ordered a day earlier for 11:45am via Just EatOrder confirmed in the morning.It's been on order confirmed and not moved to 'Assigning a driver' part for over an hour of the delivery timeI have tried calling 15+ times but they just let it ring out.Real sad about this since I don't have many options on justeat and love subway but... first experience and even pre-ordered prev night and cant even update me or pick up the phone.It has now been labeled as Delivered from order confirmedNow I have to waste time getting my money back, no food. time wasted. 0 contact from resturant.
