We met friends there, it was our first time. To look at it from the outside, it doesn't look very inviting. However, on entering the landlord made us feel welcome. The food was very good as were the staff we shall visit again soon. Never judge a book by its cover springs to mind try it. There is something for everyone you will not be disappointed.

We had a meal there last year, and we're very impressed with the food and service.We decided to book again to celebrate a birthday today, as we enjoyed our time there last year.My father in law has high standards, and he couldn't fault the food, except to say that the portions could possibly be smaller, but he, and we, all really enjoyed our meal.I am garlic intolerant, and the chef made up a fresh sauce to go with the stuffed chicken that I ordered, which was lovely, and I wasn't poorly after eating my meal, so all was good.Thankyou so much to all the staff for a lovely evening and meal...we're sure to be back soon ?Many thanks again.

First time visiting and the food was cooked to perfection, I had Bacon Chop with Chips and salad and found it hard to finish so make sure to bring your appetite or a doggy bag lol. service was quick and staff friendly
