Held onto our table for a bit longer as we aren't from the area and had trouble with traffic. As soon as we arrived staff were friendly and attentive! The children's food was brought quickly and looked very good quality.

Had a table in the bar area. I'm not sure if paying for your meal and receiving cutlery, then using it to secure your table while you queue in the restaurant for food is a good idea. Saw couple remove cutlery on one table and sat down with drinks?Parking: Disabled parking available

Fantastic mothers day meal! Gina was fantastic!When we first arrived the woman who seated us moved us to sit more accessible for my mum (reduced mobility). Gina was quick to then introduce herself and was very friendly.The food was fantastic. My mum is a fussy eater and she had no complaints! Stuff went beyond excellent! The chief made sure my mums turkey meat had no vain and made sure she was satisfied. We got our Mac and Cheese separately and our gravy and all servers was so friendly.Gina was fantastic and funny. Only downstairs was no ice cream but that's no ones fault for a broken mechanism.Gina was very knowledgeable for alternatives and we ordered cakes instead and was delicious ?.My mum then suffered Non-epileptic seizure and we needed to hurry to get her out.Gina again was beyond helpful and got us checked out quickly with 0 hassle.I'm only sad I was not quick enough to add a tip for her before the transaction was completed because she deserved it !She's a keeper and hope to have her again when I visit in the future!Thank you!Parking: Disabled parking very easy and very close to the entranceKid-friendliness: Took my 1year old and 4year old and both loved it and felt very welcomedWheelchair accessibility: Fantastic and staff help keep step free.
Our server was Ángela, absolute angel! Nothing was too much trouble for her. She made us feel right at home, even though we were a walk-in.Angela promised our 16yr old son the best time with her, and she didn't disappoint him! He loves his carbs and loves Yorkshire puddings more. He got 2 with his meal and she went out back and got him an extra 3...he struggled but promised to do it for Angela ?.Really wish we could give it more stars ?They should bottle Angela and sell her for the wellbeing of all customers! ???

Service was so slow. They took our drinks order and we got our food and then watched our drinks sat on the bar for approx 5 mins, we had to ask again for them. Carvery dinner was OK just the stringiest beef ever. We asked a waitress for desserts she muttered something about Harvey then went off. A good while later Harvey came and took our desserts order. He apologised for the wait saying how busy they were (plenty of staff and steady was what I would have said) Then the wait began........ eventually we got them and then the bill.....another long wait, which with a tired toddler was not much fun. I have had better and worse Toby Carvery experiences.
