Been coming here for quite some years, and will still be coming for many more. But can someone speak to the woman manager who was on duty on Friday night (05/01/24) about her approach towards customers. Her attitude stunk rotten. Hostile, stomping her feet, gaslighted me and patronised me when I went back to order another drink. Also heard her bitching about customers in the beer garden, just because they ordered a meal! Probably forgot that's a part of her job. The venue was incredibly quiet and there wasn't any need to be so precious. Get a grip.Other than that. Everything else is perfectly fine as is for most of the time. Will be coming back soon!

We were served by a lady called Charlotte she was so lovely really made us feel welcome , every establishment needs a Charlotte! Definitely recommend Yates the service and staff were great ?

Yates is amazing! Plenty of vegan options available including starters, sides, mains and desserts! All very cheap and the quality of the meals are amazing :) the halloween decor currently looks amazing. I got told by a very cheerful staff member who calls herself Kelly that the yates artist is Sarah who is a member of staff herself! The team are always really well connected and have a genuine bond with each other which is a rarity in 2023! Going to tell the staff I've wrote a nice review to see it they give me something nice next time I'm in ????
