We utilised the special 50% off the full bill offer this week and both had rump steak. The whole meal was amazing and cooked beautifully. The steak was so thick and free from fat it was more like a piece of fillet !Will definitely be returning.2 rump steak meals, garlic bread. 2 x pepper sauces and a nachos start to share...£18 (after 50% disxount). We unfortunately didn't realise to open the tab first snd pay for meal and drinks together, so we paid full for the drinks but cant complain at £18 for two steaks and sides.

Absolutely amazing pub. Seen it be built up really well. Got married at church and had my wedding reception here after in the function room. They did really well Me my husband and daughter love it here. Foods amazing.

Met up with friends for lunch, the meal was great. My only complaint was the plates were cold, otherwise great.
This is a very nice pub. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. I thoroughly enjoy every visit here.

Today we held mums wake here, and from the booking to today nothing was too much trouble for them, excellent service and the buffet was the best I've ever had, will definitely visit again but under happier

Food is good , menu has downgraded from what it was before and is very simple now BUT as nice as it is for atmosphere and food the beer is terribly flat and most importantly every single time I return the men behind the bar are quite possibly the rudest people I've met in a pub/restaurant the way you get looked at by them makes you feel as if you've done something wrong making an order or asking a question.
