Nice pizza and good service. Even tho pizzas weren't Italian style thin, they were still good. Chips were really nice, I'm normally not bothered about them but demolished the whole box! ?Delivery guy was very friendly and they let us make a payment over the phone because we didn't have any cash.They had a good deal for two pizzas, chips and a bottle of pop.

Delivery. Food was not packaged correctly on delivery, falling out of the paper packaging and then falling onto the insulated packing. (Who knows what germs are in that bag) Called, asked about health and safety..."I am very busy, I can do your order again". Used to love Ellies.

Absolutely disgraceful! Worst takeaway experience I think I’ve ever had. Staff spoke to me like I was some idiot when I took back a burnt, basically charcoaled, pizza and the completely wrong order. Don’t think the staff can even be bothered to be there at all since they have attitude problems. That’s not even because most of the people that work there are young girls, because the older ones have them as well. I do find it strange however that they’ve only been employing young girls recently ?. Don’t think this place will last long, absolutely shocking. The whole place screams food poisoning.Kid-friendliness: Had my child order down the phone for me and they were saying they couldn’t understand a word and to “talk properly”. I wouldn’t mind but they can speak perfectly clear!Parking: No proper parking at the front, lucky nobody clipped my car as it’s a little bay on the main road.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility whatsoever, had to leave my grandmother outside in the cold ?Dietary restrictions: They all use the same oils and cook the same things together even when I could only eat chicken.

Ordered food came without chips called to tell them , oh we will get some out to you when we can we are very busy..... no good when you have ate the food it was to go with ... ridiculous.

Got a 15 inch meat feast pizza, excellent quality but it would have been cheaper to get 2 x10 inch ones??

Called in for a bit of quick tea, orderd kebab meat chips with cheese sause.. to be honest wasn’t very good at all kebab meat was cold chips soggy salad ok and the cheese sauce was like a lumpy white bachemel with a hint of cheese ! Poor effort
Best takeaway we've had from anywhere. Polite staff answering the phones and repeated my order back to me with the price and a time scale for delivery. Food was lovely and nice and hot, couldn't fault it at all. Best special garlic bread in the village too. Would definitely order again.

Ordered at 6:45 phoned up at 8:45 to ask where it was and informed that the had an issue with online ordering, food arrived 20mins later cold, burnt and order wrong, no apologies, never again

Mould on pizza! Bound to spread some sort of disease!!! Thank GOD? I checked the pizza before the kids got to it because who knows what could of happened to them

Terrible. Ive had wrong orders delivered with bottles of pop promised on the next order - never happened. Mouldy bread on the chicken burgers.On the website it states donner kebabs are served with salad & chips……..you dont get the chips!!Save your money & go elsewhere

I ordered 1/4 pound cheeseburger and chicken straps, I got a chicken burger with onion rings, food was barely warm.
