Ordered 1.5 hours, before we wanted the food knowing this place takes ages, and they said 1.15 but it took over 2 hours, when I called the restaurant when it was 25 minutes late they said sorry we're busy it will go in the oven soon, in the end it was over an hour late, will never order from here again!

Took 2 hours to come , not only was it cold , it was wrong order. Kebab was just meat , no salad , no bread or anything . Chips with cheese sauce , was chips with cheese !
Rang to say , advised wait and they will sort it , but couldn’t say how long. Standard delivery time, I asked how long , to be told I don’t know , just wait !
Agreed would return food and obtain cash refund next day !
Then the shop was closed !

This used to be a brilliant takeaway. However on the last few occasions ive ordered ive been waiting over 2 hours for food to come which is loot warm and drier than a nuns c**t

Waited 2 & 1/2 hours after being told it will be 10/15 minutes on 2 occasions, 30 minutes apart.I must say I was rather disappointed, I am usually a regular customer ordering from here as it’s the only place I know of that does homemade wedges and cheese sauce.My order came and it was just about lukewarm, the potato wedges had no taste, the cheese sauce was like water and the chicken tasted like it had been sprayed with perfume before it was put in the box.Will definitely not be ordering from here again!!!

Honestly 2 hours for food is ridiculous but expect it from this place and it is literally 2 mins drive up the road . Yes I could collect it but when you are late in from work and order for convenience/ quickness not at this place . Food can be good as well shame they can not sort the delivery out.

Always get food from here been tonight i usually get a meal deal chicken and kebab meat wedges and chips fancied a change had a pizza burger with pepperoni it was bloody gorgeous highly recommend them i no what i will be ordering from now on such friendly staff as well

We ordered a mixed kabab, chicken wrap, cheese burger and chips and chips cheese sauce, all the food was stone cold the mixed kabab meat was like rubber the lamb was all fat and chicken was over done and missing salad, the wrap was all soggy and slimey again missing the salad, cheese burger was very poor and freezing, and the chips and cheese sauce, they sent grated cheese which has no flavour whats so ever, to say the least it all went in the bin.. what a waste of money will not be ording from here again ?
