There is never enough staff on when I go. The queue is always out the door on a Saturday. Orders seem to take forever. I have walked out a few times recently as things don’t seem to move forward.Sausage rolls are nearly always waiting to be prepared when I go. Usually soggy on the bottom and underbaked. The tandoori baguette I purchased today was rock hard, stale and inedible.It used to be ran like clockwork but has gone seriously downhill.

You can't really fault Gregg's can you?The food kills you in the long term but it's a great way to go.

Or new go to place now mcds is do expensive sausage roll and hot chocolate for the grandchildren £6 instead of £14 at mcds .

They never have pepperoni pizza anytime I go in.. They are there from 6:30 what are they doing then..... And when I asked she was rude and said more than 15 minutes, when I know it's took only 5 min.

I loved vegan sausage rolls. It is a small cafe. Plenty of baked goods. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

So slack you wouldn't belive, 11:30 on a Saturday and nothing hot was available to buy, no pasties, sausage rolls or bakes, no pizza, nothing, there was a que of people wating for things to cook bigger than the que to get served, surley greggs have a system where somthingvis running out you cook more and replenish.Terrible service today.
