Absolutely disgusting food was very cold , food was soggy and tasted like yesterdays ... The man who answered phone was extremely rude !!I will not be coming back here ever again !!

I’ve just come out of hospital & my daughter ordered us all some food. It’s taken 2 hrs to deliver & everything was stone cold . Rung up to explain & was told it wasn’t cold ! Excuse me we here unwrapping everything & including packaging is stone cold , then she put phone down !!! Just rung up again & been told we can have a discount next time , sorry won’t be a next time . Taken far too long just to cook a pizza few chips Connor meat & chicken kebab, Bad delivery service, shocking customer service, 2nd person supposedly supervisor offered us fresh food , before we could say yes she put the phone down !! Waste of £45

Usually a good experience but ordered and collected yesterday on time and the food was cold and mixed kebab meal was missing cheese and had barely any chicken for £10 was really disappointed. Attempted to call restraunt to resolve but no answer. Hoping to get a refund and for Brandos to take better care when producing food :(

Ordered a take away from there at 9:05 and didn’t receive the right order then ordered again at 10 and they didn’t even turn up or answer the phone and closed after absolute joke will never order from these again

Ordered 8.25 told 1hr phoned back told problem with pizzza dough as they ran out and it was 15 minutes away 10pm knock on door food here sent back cold poor service

Slightly disappointed with tonight's take away. Collected from the shop however chips were soggy and not cooked properly, chicken burger was soggy, salad didn't look fresh and doner kebab was ok... Haven't ordered from here for a while and it seems as though it's gone downhill...

Had delivery from here the other day and the food was awful!Dry, stale, cold chips. I had a bbq chicken wrap, chicken was tough as old boots so really chewy. My partner had a chicken tikka wrap which he said was really tasteless and dry. Also chicken wings which again were so chewy!!! Had other food previously from here and never thought it particularly great but this was the worst ever! Won’t be using them again!
