Unbelievable. Use the self check out, then had to wait over 35 minutes for food. This was meant to be a quick stop on a long journey. Now just agitated and 3.5 joys of drive ahead. 4 staff in total at a busy time. Disgusting

Good service and veggie burger and regular burger excellent value for money. Fries very crisp and fresh. All round good - only issue was some order machines not working.

Nice that they have plant-based meals now but given that we were the only customers it was strange that they didn't put the chips in to start frying until the burgers were ready.

So there are good Burgerkings....there are Burgerkings like the one in Guildford where they wanted to put the burger in the microwave....and there is this place....not sure if you will find anything further down.\\n\\nWaited 12 minutes for my order with 2 orders infront of me, bo ice in the coke, and the burger looked like it was pulled out of a dogs mouth.

plant based whoppers and royales! only thing I couldnt do is order a Coke or Coke zero as they are not vegan at BK. perhaps it's due to their drinks machine. same for vegetarians though as they can't order through the touchscreen.

Absolutely useless staff ! .. four staff at the back no customers, I came ordered and they all saw me waiting to be served my food was ready on the conveyer they left me waiting for ages..while they chat and fiddle with spoons at the back. All I needed was chips and a bottle of water..chips was already cooked too. So was basically waiting for no reason.. they said they just doing their job lol which in my opinion is stand about then .. never again !

Great fast food lunch - I chose the kids cheeseburger meal (no lettuce or mayo!) The screens are not wiped (or wipes provided - to clean before use) Protective screens are provided in some areas. The tables and floors are spotless - well done blonde lady! ? The toilets are also clean but the driers are blowing cold - probably due to lack of use by lots of customers. There is a discreet TV screen at the back of Starbucks should you need a catchup on Covid ? or new USA President ??? There is also an area for eating outside, if you can cope with the cold ❄️?️?
