EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Lack basic manners and respect. Very unwelcoming, condescending and offensive!

Even though this is a chain coffee shop, this is a great Caffe Nero branch. The staff are super friendly and the drinks are always well made and delicious. I go out of my way to go to this Nero's instead of the others in Sheffield as it's a much more comfortable experience.

Bit dark & dingy at the back but okay, atmosphere quite light and positive, people with books and laptops, that kinda thing, neighbourhood looks a bit

Friendly helpful staff - helped us choose coffee and cookies. We would go back again as the staff were so friendly and helpful

It's never open at 6.30, sorry to have to say it.

Come in here most days and it’s nice and quiet for getting work done. Was in a rush today and spilt my drink just after ordering it and the barista very kindly made another one, favourite coffee shop in the city.

One of my more favourite cafe neros in Nottingham. Spacious and not usually as busy as others but can vary.

This shop has been here for over two years and has been great until recently, when I encountered the same staff in a row who was very rude. This is a bad review for her only.

Really nice coffee place. Pleasant surroundings. Good space to chill or even do some work.

The staff, especially the manager, were so friendly and chatty. Clean toilet too - thanks to the jingly key! ?

I often use Cafe Nero for a quick coffee when in the city centre. Today I popped in because my 3 year old son desperately needed a wee and the tram was due to arrive. Out of courtesy I asked the girl if it was ok. She bluntly refused telling me I had to buy something. It’s a 3 year old boy! Anyway, I Went to the Cathedral instead, was met on door by one of the clergy who even took us to show us where the toilets were. Made a £2 donation. I’ll never again spend money in Cafe Nero. It’s a soulless, child adverse hole. No humanity here, it’s just a profit, money focussed vacuum.
