Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and there's a real authentic feel. The restaurant is nicely decorated. The menu has plenty of options. The food was delicious, flavourful, and decently priced. Would highly recommend.

We often eat at casa Italia and we love it.Last night we went with family to celebrate a birthday. There was 12 of us. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were extremely attentive. Food was amazing as always. We’ll be back again soon.

I went in here today for my lunch which i got to takeaway. i never leave reviews on anything but i just wanted to say this place is amazing! The staff are extremely friendly made me feel so welcome and at home. The food was lovely, i got a pizza that i can't remember the name of but it had pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, and peppers, and i also got some fries it was great! i would definitely go in more often if i lived in sheffield, please give this place a try the food, staff, service and atmosphere is all 10/10 ☺️

Very very disappointed to come here and even try the food. I have never sat in a restaurant for 20 minutes and not had a drink ordered. My partner who I took was pregnant and to be sat there for 20 minutes without even having a drink ordered, is just outrageous! The guy apologised and said he had forgotten about us. Ordered our drinks and food. Drinks arrived 10 minutes later. Then the next problem came, we waited 50 minutes, and still no starters, people who arrived after us had been served their mains! Are you telling me he can not see us, walking past with our table empty! I then pointed to the table, he came over and apologised and said that they had misplaced our ticket order! Very terrible service. They gave us our drinks for free, which was non alcoholic by the way! As we was walking out, they brought us our starters, which we refused to eat as we had already had enough. 1hour 30 wasted of my evening and a malnourished pregnant wife to be. Sometimes apologises are not enough to feed my hungry stomach ?. I feel sorry for the owner, because we was there to trial the food, as we was hoping to book the venue out for a private venue of around 35 people.

After reading reviews, I was very excited to try this place. After walking in, no one bothered to come and take our orders for 20 minutes. Drinks arrived after 10ish minutes. Food wise... been patient enough to wait for 1 hour since taking our orders so 1h 20 minutes since walking in. People around us who walked in good half an hour after us were receiving their orders. Starters arrived when we were leaving. Said we don't have to pay for our drinks. How generous of them. I'm not going to be back.
Just arrived home from a lovely family meal at Casa Italia. 1st visit but judging by tonight's experience we will be back. Good food, very good service and nice atmosphere. Even got the chef's out singing with the cake?Parking: Free parking outside after 18.30
