Don't call in here unless you have 40 mins to stand around! 4 staff on only 2 serving - coffee guy was fine. One girl taking orders doing toasties (putting them back together back to front) if I had more time I would have gone back and complained. I can't believe thethis is the costa way of doing things! They were queuing out of the door!

? iced tea infusion was warm. They gave me another without asking. Maybe my ignorance perhaps but iced infusion should be cold or not?

Better places to go for Coffee in Eccesall. Not a bad Costa but the fact that you can be fined £100 for going slightly over 60 minutes in the car park doesn't make it worth it.

The service from the staff was great so I can’t fault them but the selection of sandwiches that are available and considering the price they are very bad but I suppose that’s universal to all Costas
I’m fed up with this place and won’t come here again. I’ve come,every morning for the last 6 days and every time there is a problem, they get my order wrong, or there is a delay because they “ran out of milk†or don’t have change. There is usually only 1 staff member serving, so there is a long wait to get served. Starbucks is 30m a way and much nicer.

I drank a lovely Iced Coffee with caramel syrup this morning, with a nice lemon tart. The Ecclesall Road branch was very busy, but all 4 ladies worked really hard to sort out not just my order, but also over 20 other customers! Keep up the good work and Thank You! 😇 😇 😇 👠👠ðŸ‘
