Reasonable Costa in the city centre where we were able to find a seat on a busy Saturday afternoon. Service was reasonably friendly and fast. Chocolate Twist tasted stale, although hot drinks and Millionaire's Shortbread were good

For a dreary Tuesday it's nice to have friendly and warm staff on the tills. Chris was very welcoming and No judgement if you want to come in, have a coffee and set yourself up for some work (eating cake along the way). Watching him interact with customers was a joy to see. Witnessed an old lady come up to him and give him a big hug (clearly a regular) and was she was treated with the utmost respect. I've not been in this coffee shop for a while, but I'm glad I came in today. Leaving with a smile on my face ?Kid-friendliness: There is space for prams and low tables for kids too.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and a disabled toilet is available too. There is enough space to move a wheelchair.

Everything was ok, coffee tasted a bit burnt... the chairs are stained... not as comfy as others and since it was in the evening those lights shining on you are a bit too bright they blind you... needs a bit of revamping from my point of view...

Thus is Costa...what's not to like? Great coffee choice and why does toast always taste better when you buy out! Great service, power points for working, simply excellent. Very highly Recommended.Vegetarian options: There are choices aplenty but the toasties are really boss!Kid-friendliness: Great accessibility for pushchairs with store located on ground level. Ample space to manoeuvre ?Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair accessibility with wide counter to easy accommodate. Ample space available between tables ?

Why charge 50p for vegan milk? I would really have liked to have had a cappuccino but I refuse to support unfair taxation of vegans. It is perfectly understandable to pass on any extra cost to you of vegan milk to your customer, but you don’t need to make an extra profit off of them as if it’s a luxury item. We all know what vegan milks cost, and it is not remotely enough more than dairy milk to merit this high of an extra charge. Charge 10 P or even 20p if you need to (though – given that you like to promote yourself as a environmentally-conscientious company - you might take a minute to think whether the choices vegans are making in support of the environment might be worth donating 10p per coffee to). But for the extra 30 or 40p you are extorting for the occasional vegan coffee, how many sales are you losing because people are silently going away simply not ordering because 50p pushes things past their price point or, like me, they refuse to support such an unreasonable charge? Surely the extra orders (and happy customers) you’d gain from pricing vegan milks fairly would balance out the “losses” from the vegan tax?

Staff were very good but the place needs quite a lot of tlc as seating was stained and the toilet facilities were closed at the time.
Always fast and friendly service.
