I love a Costa however this time I visited my order was 'lost' not sure how or where but I ended up waiting over half a hour just for my coffee. I ordered a caramel latte with soya milk. I finally got the 'coffee' went back to my car only to take a sip and realise that there was no coffee in it! Just milk \\u0026 caramel sauce ? I had already left at this point and was in a rush to get to work so I'll not be returning to this branch. Not sure how you can forget to put coffee In a latte ?

Slow service and not clean. Didn't see anyone clearing away or cleaning tables, crumbs on seats and all under tables. Won't be going to this Costa again.

I love Costa coffee, drink coffee black so don't drink instant as it's bitter \\u0026 the best proper coffee is Costa everytime

Went into the drive thru costa Meadowhall and there was dirty items left on tables and wasnt given a spoon for my latte and when i went to ask for appropriate spoon and more milk the person serving me said what do you want. I find this totally inappropriate and i will be reporting this to costa
