Not a bad Costa, but they always close the upstairs for cleaning hours before they close, typically at their busiest time of 5-6pm. I understand they need to clean; but do they need two hours!

Arshad was very efficient. The main problem was cleanliness. Upstairs was freezing as well as there was no heating on.

Some staff members really friendly and remember regulars but the place is really annoying because the wifi is terrible. I would go to costa all the time to study if the wifi was better. The music is really annoying as well, would be much better if it was some soft background jazz or something. Also why are iced drinks served in plastic when you are sitting in?

I was sitting in the upstairs dining area. The place was nice . The played music was just perfect, not too loud I could speak easily with others. The staff are helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my time here.

I like Costa anyway, but the upstairs in this one is lovely and airy. Plenty of space and on a super hot day like today, made working from home (or Costa!) much more pleasant.

Spend more time playing a sitcom than doing there jobs. Constantly chatting about non work stuff, flirting with customers, i even saw them throw a uber order sandwich in a huff due to it being a big order. Its almost as though they’ve forgotten they are paid to be here.
