Gone from 5 stars to 1 star in the last few months . Manager can't put drinks through the till correctly . Seems staff morale and atmosphere has dropped ( most of the staff are great tho tbh ) was the last strike for me today after the manager marked 2 drinks wrong that he had made .

We didn't eat, so I can't say re food. Friendly staff and the place was clean, barrista knew what he was on about when we asked for dairy free milk, so I could have a drink risk free.Parking: We parked to charge a carDietary restrictions: Dairy free milk for my cuppa had 3 options.

The barista was super friendly and helpful but the cashier was very abrupt and serving customers behind us before we had even finished ordering. It wasn't that busy to be rushing the queue.

Awful service. Everytime I order online and pay and put time for collection, the order isnt ready. Staff attitude is very unprofessional. If you don’t care about your time you MUST understand costumer’s time is valued and don’t waste it. When I order online and put pick up time means order should be ready or at least almost ready on that time, not getting there and staff don’t even know they should have made the order ready and ask to check if I ordered correctly and acting like I’m lying. Mistake can happen once twice, more than that is not acceptable and shows the poor management. Very poor and unprofessional service. The worse Costa ever been. staff need training and learn customer service.

Cleanest Costa I’ve ever been to!Saturday afternoon (4pm) hot choc and snack and not only was the service fantastic/friendly but the whole place inc the toilets were immaculate. Costa need this as an shining example to all their other outlets. After recently moving back to Sheffield from London I have been very disappointed by standards of cleanliness in quite a few of their outlets but this made a welcome change!! Thank you ?
