Went through the drive through near Meadowhall. Got a small hot chocolate with cream. When I got home the cup was three quarters only and the chocolate had been watered down to a small hint of chocolate. Tasted like it had come out of a dispensing machine. Disgusting

Everytime I go the cups are dirty or permanently stained . Staff say it's a problem with the dish washer but it doesn't look very good . It's not just a one off its every time I go and that's twice a week !

I've visited this Costa store on several occasions; it's always clean and tidy with friendly staff. I used the drive-through today, which was pretty busy; however, the wait was only five minutes more than usual. I recommend this store to anyone in the area; the fact it's outside Meadowhall instead of inside makes all the difference!

Hello, nice store with good parking. The store has entrance which is easy to access and have facilities in store. The staff are friendly and helpful and have good selection of items. The item prices are bit higher compared to MacDonald which is not to far away. I would like shop like this to be more friend to normal person pocket and a lot people do come so please think of customer pocket. Nice shop to visit with or with out friend. Hope this helps

11/04/2021 Latest price list! Usually I get a regular latte but today ? I tried the Caramel Oat Latte (I didnt ask for sugar as i thought it would be naturally sweet and it was) AND WOWWW ? ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! This will be my go to now! £3 for a small was a perfect size for me. I asked for a babycinno for the little one. This is *NOT free if you ask for the chocolate option its £1.20 but you do get the option for a flake or marshmallow ? this drive thru is next to Meadowhall Vulcan Road and has a car park too.

Good location across from the mall. Nice to sit out and enjoy our coffee and food. Only criticism is one staff member taking orders making the food and drink and processing the sale whilst others seem to be busy doing very little. Surely to cut the queues customers should come first.
