Perfectly acceptable food.Nothing fancy, nothing terrible, great consistency from day to day.Your kids will probably love it.The absolute best thing about this restaurant is the service. The staff are so nice and friendly. I'd go back just because of them.

Fantastic service and amazing food. Plenty of choice and reasonably priced. We had steak, calzone and chicken burger and everything was perfect. The steak even came with some garlic butter which was phenomenal. Our server could not do enough for us and considering we were quite close to them closing they were still happy to serve us.

You know what you're getting here and that's what it delivers. Better value during the day or when the set menu is on offer but for our visit there was an even at the arena which means the main menu only and this can feel like its overpriced for what it is. Still enjoyable, but for quick, bulk made chain food. A family safe choice.Kid-friendliness: Accommodates children with highchairs available and noisy background to not feel like a baby crying wiuld disturb others.

7 of us to eat, pre ordered the table, we couldn't fit in the booth, told. Would 3 of you like to sit in the next booth.... We moved into another booth and chairs were provided, very cosy, 3 of us playing kneesy ???.... Eventually ordered, great waitress.... I had the double stack bacon cheese burger, the others had various combos off the menu... Mine came, the fries were cold, I asked for new hot fries, off it went, the plate came back with less fries than came with in it the first place...guess what.. They were cold..... I asked the waiter. . Just put your hand on those fries... They're the same as before.... His answer was... Please don't be rude sir.... He took them away again..... This time, the.... I assume... Manageress brought them back... Piping hot.... Great...... Eventually started on the burgers.... OMG... Horrendous..... Tough chewy beef..... The bacon looked actually welded to the burgers and the cheese was melted to beyond recognision..... I just left it.... My 2 sons took over the burgers.... They couldn't believe how tough they were...... £17.....for that...... The other plates were empty and everyone said it was good.... But sadly I drew the short straw.... They will be going again I suppose.... But I won't be joining them.....

Absolutely terrible. £17.50 for New York BBQ chicken (hunters chicken) not worth £17.50 at all. I sent the meal back as the chicken wa like warm, I was given a fresh hot chicken. I will not be going to this chain of restaurants again. I prefer to go and have a pub meal which is worth the price

from minute one the service especially from the front of house manager was exceptional - drinks on time / food excellent with sufficient time in between courses - it has to be said the whole team at this facility were great and if back in the area i will certainly re-visit.

A typical Frankie & Benny's experience, amazing customer service, our waitress was friendly and super chatty. The food was delicious as always, my only complaint would be the menu which seems to be shrinking every time I visit. However still a great experience and I will be back soon.
