Very very average overall. I haven’t been to a Frankie & Benny’s for years but thought I would give it a go today. The menu was small and nothing sounded very appetizing. Only a handful of items. The prices were way too high for what you got. They are charging sit-down nice restaurant prices for a fast food service. The servers were nice and helpful though.

Superb service and super tasting food. What's not to like??In the evening you can get meal deals for two and three courses and will in all likelihood go again very soon. Can't understand why some reviews have criticised the price of the meals when it clearly has a menu and prices as you stand and wait to be seated??

We came here on a Thursday evening, and were served by Ruta (I think that was her name!) she was absolutely brilliant. She came to us quickly and even made personal recommendations on the foods she enjoyed and portion sizes. We bought the chicken wings as a starter which were delicious - if not a little messy! We were then given some wipes and small plates to put our bones on when we’d finished (an excellent touch), then mains. I enjoyed a delicious pizza which was phenomenal, fresh and tasty, my partner had a dirty dog hot dog which was absolutely huge and LOADED! We were both stuffed, but of course still had room for dessert, we enjoyed a banana and biscoff waffle which was gorgeous!! We spent just short of £50 which I was happy to pay to say how much we enjoyed the food! We will definitely be coming back!Vegetarian options: Clearly stated on the menu.Dietary restrictions: Very clear on the menu.Parking: Parked in Meadowhall Car Park, so plenty of parking.

Awful staff and food. Ordered a gluten free burger which came with jacket potato. No side salad dry bum over cooked gritty potato, not worth the money!
As a chain you know more or less what to expect when you walk into a Frankie & Benny’s wherever you are in the country. Therefore it is down to the staff to lift an individual branch and that was precisely our experience. Our server went above and beyond to ensure our party’s food intolerances were catered to.

Food was disappointing. Ribs were dry and overcooked with hardly any BBQ sauce on them. Chicken burger was dry and overcooked. Hot dog buns was crispy and overall disappointing.Server was very friendly and informative.Shame because it has been a restaurant we have used a lot in the past, I won't be rushing back.

Absolutely over priced.Had caeser salad n all I got was a bowl of lettuce with 4 croutons. Shocking. They need to look up n see how to make one.Should have had bacon ,egg, anchovies,.I should have gone to the supermarket n just bought a lettuce n ate it.will not be eating there again
