I know from working in retail that when you are scanning an app you often have to activate the scanner in order for it to go through. I tell the workers that I have the app and they often don’t press anything and watch me scan it and I don’t end up getting the stamps :(

The staff here are 10/10, always so welcoming and friendly.

Untidy and looking out dated. No bacon. If I was to open a sweet shop but didn't have any sweets that just sounds ridiculous!! Staff seem friendly enough though.

I really like their no frills savouries. You also get packed donuts, yum yums and rolls which come in 2/4 in number. They have quite a few vegan options which is good for a vegetarian like me ? Service is very prompt too.

Greggs what is there to say but the welcome was really nice with a genuine interest in our visit to Sheffield. Falklands Memorial Service 40th Anniversary.

Couldn’t even get served. I had my tiny dog which I tied up in the doorway. I was told she can’t even wait there. So I politely asked if she could watch her outside for 2 mins and I was told NO. She lady was short and stocky and really didn’t want me to buy anything clearly. It was 18:45 so they probably wanted rid of some things and it was empty. The abrupt rudeness and lack of hospitality was a disgrace to what is normally a great company. When all you want is a sandwich after a long shift or a pasty it’s pretty disgusting behaviour
