Unpleasant experience really. Hard gristle ridden chicken strips and no dips received with the order. Spoke with both Greggs customer service centre and the branch direct and both were about as useful as a hog roast at a vegan festival. Especially unhelpful was Kelly who worked at the venue itself who was unable and unwilling to assist and who was not even willing to provide contact details for their manager or to get the manager to discuss directly. I suggest a little more consideration to customer service moving forward, along with a focus on procuring better quality food and staff!

Can’t lie about the food as it is nice don’t get my wrong, but it’s colder than a Sunday league match in Beighton. They never have any food on the hot area which is bad to say it’s a place where you buy food. And there’s always a 10 foot queue
This Greggs is nice. Very busy at times and they do seem to run out of food. Well placed for a quick nip when out shopping. Staff are friendly and seem to always be working hard.
