The pizzas were cold, borderline burnt with no sauce. Essentially bread with cheese. Pasties were also cold.

Staff stand about doing nothing, feel obliged to serve you. Would recommend walking 60 seconds further down the Moor for the other Greggs much nicer down there.

I had such an unpleasant experience today at this Greggs it was really upsetting.I had TooGoodToGo pick-up, and was waiting there five minutes earlier, I have been with TooGoodToGo since last April, I totally understand the idea of a surprise bag which you cannot pick, you cannot choose, because it’s a surprise and you get what the store has left. I was asking if it’s vegetarian, thought if not I would just share around because I don’t want to waste the food, if it is then that would be perfect. I did not mean to ‘order’ or ‘change’ anything, it was just a simple question. The staff I was talking to was going to check for me, and then the other staff came out to talk to me all over again the whole concept of TooGoodToGo, I didn’t want to interrupt so I let her finish although I really do understand what it is. And then I was trying to ask because I don’t consume meat, I don’t mind giving the meat products in my bag to other bags but if not that’s ok I totally understand, before I finished the sentence, I was interrupted and told “I don’t care what you do with your bag, you paid for this bag” “ I don’t care what you take out” I was pretty shocked so couldn’t really say a thing but “okay”, and then the staff asked “it has meat, do you still want the bag?” I said “yea ok” took the bag, left the shop with shock and an completely ruined mood… it really made me so sad that I was treated like an idiot. The staff could just tell me yes or no it’s not a problem, her attitude really ruined my day, it’s such a terrible experience to be treated like that.I never wrote any negative reviews, this is an absolute exception, it’s ynot personal, it’s about how to treat the customers properly and professionally. It’s very downhearted.

This location opens at 0730 on Sunday not 7.When you open you need to be ready for business. Sausage roll not available for 15 minutes after opening. Poor pre open planning

Food was lukewarm, not normally an issue, but when you pay to eat in and the tables are all dirty aswell. Not the best experience

Usually alright service but I went today got 2 things from the fridge and one pastry but instead of grabbing the éclair and letting me pay for it she just turned around and started making hot beverages was weird she/they was pretty though. Seemed understaffed even though it was half 5. Usually a que don't mind it if it's not too long regret my choice of tuna pasta salad wish I got a sandwich

Visited after midday, we had to repeat ourselves more than once then got a rude look after asking again, after rushing us and throwing the bag to us we dropped our things on the floor while he took another order, the floor yum yum was nice though

Never again. We order our dinner from there regularly and they always leave out several items. Won’t use again

Friendly service early doors on the way into work. Had my first Festive Bake of the season, which was warm, tasty and great value for money.

More training should be provided for Gavin, because he doesn't seem to know the difference between large and regular ?
