Our 1st visit to Howst and we opted for the bottomless brunch. I had one of the skillets which was delicious, generous and excellent value for money. My wife had the 'smashed' and she cleared the plate. We were looked after brilliantly and often went with their drink suggestions. They were very generous with the drinks and we'll be back!

Dropped in for breakfast on way to station and was glad to have done so. Food was delicious, great spin on full english was a treat, staff friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was good. Highly recommend a visit if you're passing.

We came here two days in a row because we loved it so much!The second day we stopped in on our way out of town, and we didn’t realize until we arrived that we had less than an hour before our train left. As it was a busy Saturday morning brunch service we were nervous that we wouldn’t have time to eat but the staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure that our food came out quickly.Everything is delicious and fresh. The chef is inventive while keeping an eye on the classics. Friendly and attentive service, cute atmosphere, great coffee!

I liked the food, but the service was very slow as only one person was taking orders despite a number of staff working out front. I also asked for no egg twice and still received one with my meal. Staff management could be improved, and it would have been helpful knowing in advance that it would take so long for our order to be taken and then food timing :)

What a great spot! Highly recommend the granola - it came in a huge kilner jar and it truly kept hunger at bay until our dinner reservations at 8pm ? their coffee was excellent, I rarely get two coffees but easily ordered a second cappuccino. Staff were super lovely and attentive. Thank you for having us! ?
