Knew what to expect from the staff so that was all fine but disappointed with the food... very small portions and well overpriced for what you get so sadly wouldn't visit

The irony of complaining about Karen's is not lost on me. Myself and my sister were really looking forward to coming before a concert, we had a good hour to kill before we needed to go so thought that would be no issue. We walked through the door and couldn't wait to be hurled with clever and sassy insults. However what we got was them grasping at straws to insult us, just "look at the state of these", nothing clever or funny like what you see in videos. One tried to take the piss out of my fluffy bag which should have been an easy insult as it is very extra but was just like "what is that?". Like tell me it looks like pubes, dead animal, anything imaginative! We then waited to be seated whilst servers (I guess intentionally) walked passed and ignored us - but they did this for 20 minutes!! 20 minutes of us stood there awkwardly waiting to be seated whilst bar staff just called us "states". As mentioned we had an hour which then was minimised to 40 minutes so we then cut our losses and went somewhere else. I feel like the actors at this Karen's need better improv tuition and a wider vocabulary of insults, and above all still need to actually provide some service and actually run a business.

I thought i would try this place out since it looked a nice friendly place for a bite to eat....Never again tho. From the moment i walked in the door the staff were horrible and mean. I orded a cola and burger and the horrible staff told me that i should have a salad because i'm so fat :0 i demaned i see the manager and complain but even the manager was horrible!!! and told me that the staff had a point and that maybe i should lose some weight and if i wasn't happy i should go around the corner to a salad bar... I noticed the staff was rude to alot of people too... Seriously i don't know where they get the staff from but it needs a clear out! o add insult to injury when my food did come the rude waitress stole a chip!
What an experience ! Kids loved it, I didn’t love it so much, our seating was very uncomfortable, I would recommend a refurbishment of the restaurant in some areas. We had a laugh but wouldn’t go again, food was average. I would recommend the experience but don’t go if you are easily offended.

Terrible! We visited here with our 5 year old son..we had seen some Tik Tok videos and it looked a laugh! Poor service with some comdey thrown in we thought so anyway.. we checked the reviews before booking which said it’s fine for children to attend with an adult before 6pm which we did do and booked for mid afternoon..We didn’t even make it to our seats the waitress said we are early so f##k off back outside..that I can cope with but to then start shouting at a small child F##koff outside you little w###er infront of a packed diner resulting in him bursting into tears is totally unacceptable.He begged us to leave which we did..I’ve never been so appalled in my life..using that type of language towards a minor who can’t defend themselves over steps the mark of entertainment in my book if your going here with young children be warned!

Ok, so we got the concept, but the insults got personal, like too personal, but on top of that they took our order which did not go through, we waited more than an hour. Asked them to come out of Karen mode, but they didn’t, making it out to our fault, the chef was so rude and obnoxious , the food was shockingly bad. They offered us shots as compensation, we ended up getting a discount, anywhere else we would gotten the food or drinks taken off the bill for there mistake. Miley, good as a Karen, should be running the place and I think it would be a lot better. Also very young children allowed in amongst very aggressive language? Maybe an age limit? Overall, very bad experience that I wouldn’t do again, awkward, cringy, taken too far. I expect the standard Karen response to this.

Wasn't sure what to expect from our visit today but left there today thoroughly happy. The food is not too fancy but is good quality but of course the staff are centre stage here. Yes they are rude but to be honest you can only respect the effort and imagination they dedicate to delivering top class insults and entertainment. If you are one of those people that can take a joke then go ahead and visit them, you won't be dissapointed!
