Unreal customer service, he talked to me like a kid in the playground. I ordered a Krushum and actually got half a cup that he had shook up to cover the sides to look full. The BBQ chicken pot was cold. I ordered on the screen as APP was playing up but he would scan the QR code saying "Naa you can't use it now, you've already ordered" He didn't have the words to explain what he meant and pointed to his colleague and went away. It was all awful and I just didn't want to waste anymore of my time.

So staff are allowed to do as thay wish and even ignore you then i place my oder the same oder i allways get told no you cant have it that way and its the only kfc store i gone to witch one let me use the rewards i will not be back train your staff to have maner and to no give faults

Well. This is actually one of the better KFC’s I’ve been fortunate enough to sample.Clean car park. Even did a donut in me car before I parked cos the tarmac was all new.Very Clean windows! A young man who served me was really polite and rapid. a young man who was working really hard cleaning the dining area with gloves for the job. All his PPE. and a good smile made me smile to.Had a chat about the new style fries. Seasoned. He was knowledgeable polite and respectful and a handsome chap for front of house.And the chicken was rather banging. That’s my Sheff way of saying the meal was perfect.Only thing I can crab it on is the lighting is massively bright inside. Rather dull outside! Maintenance guy needs a bucket throwing at him and eye test also., Mainly due to the extraction on MAX in the gents! That’s wasting electricity as well as the lighting overly bright.. Obviously the KFC Boss doesn’t care about the effect it has on our planet. Looks like he/she or they.Doesn’t pay electricity bill either.LED Dimmer switches do exist. So do ventilation and extraction controls. You save thousands over 5 years. It’s true!Obviously maintenance man isn’t trained or Dunt care he burning fan motors out regularly I bet! Plus he doesn’t clean the vents.So again. Well done all of the people what make KFC, queens Road a lot better than I was told a while ago. It’s one of the best I’ve found. Well done!Tell maintenance company u wish for A full report on your extraction system. On performance. They will shiz a brick. Cos I’d sack em off for unnecessary waste of energy. I hope they don’t look after all the KFCs cos money could be wasted in every KFC they maintain. While your company informs them. Ask them if your air con units are sanitised based on the set up on the rest. The grill is brown. Change it. They also come in white.!Wear sunglasses if sensitive to bright lights and you will be fine.So all in all. Very good KFC. Far better than Barnsley Road. By miles. I won’t even test the food after seeing state of the windows. Obvs different person from Queens Road. He’s mint.Clean windows is important. Dirty windows means dirty everything in a passing drivers view. Looks like queens road window team gunna land every KFC if they keep up the excellent job.Parking: 2 high output electric car charges. Space for around 60 vehicles. Yeh it’s alright.

I didn't get to try the food I'm literally typing this while locked inside the men's room , the door handle is broken and been making noises and kicking the door for about 10 min now and no one seems to have heard me , if I ever get out of here not stepping a foot again in this place
Really bad experience....After the hectic work, me and hubby reached the spot at 9.30,after taking the order for eat in the crew members told us to takeaway the order rather than let us to eat there. There was still half an hour for closing and many people were eating over there at that time. If they wanted us to takeaway the order they should have tell us earlier than we made that order. Really disappointed with the service.

Got this served to me today and looks like someone has been playing football with it. I wejt back to the till saying i would like a new wrap they said tgey ran out. When i look there more new wraps were right there. Absolute disgrace.

My friend ordered through the app and accidentally clicked to collect rather than drive through. Instead of being nice about it and handing it her through the drive through they made her drive all the way round and park up. When she went in it was just sat on the side?? You could have passed it her? They were very rude about it saying that it was her fault and not their problem. They actually made her cry with their rudeness. Is there any need? So much for customer service. Do not go here. Note to staff in a world where you can be anything be kind.

I think this the worst KFC of all. Extremely poor customer service, they always give me wrong orders and sometimes incomplete. Today I ordered food with Children drinks but they gave me big coke. It's unbelievable.
