I am army person and I am returning from the task today . Due to some commitments reasons i didn’t get chance to eat well in day time. I want to treat myself with good KFC hot wings but fries are not good as standard, Garvey: it’s like hot water mix with something sticky substance it also taste like out of the world. Hot wings are like local market stalls type quality not like KFC hot wings.Actually the staff didn’t put enough effort to cook better food. They ask me about 15 minutes to prepared my meal but when i received it I’m totally disappointed. I’m already frustrated with my whole day driving want to spend some quality time and eat but I’m not happy with the food and late service

The facilities here are what you’d expect of a typical rest stop/service station. Although busy, there was still a lot of space to park. There was surprisingly a lot of room within the main building too.The food was finished quicker than the regular hughstreet chains usually are. That means, hot and fresh.My only gripe is that it wasn’t very clean. Everywhere I looked, I saw rubbish, cigarette butts or even poo bags from pets.One of the better stops to rest at!Vegetarian options: All the chains have vegetarian options. Some even have vegan options.Parking: The spaces were adequate for regular cars to park in. And there were plenty available.

Pitiful portion size, extortionate pricing, chicken was dry and yet still somehow uncooked in the middle so we had the throw the meal away.Go to Burger King, Starbucks, subway, hell WH Smith if you like! I’d still recommend eating out of the service station bins before this KFC

Got there at 9.29pm (11/11/22) andnthe manager Chris Hinch said they were closed. I hadn't eaten since breakfast and I'm a type onendiabetic but he didn't care one bit. Think they can get away with anything cos they won't lose their job because staff are hard to get well KFC, you need to buck your idea up and get your staff sorted. Supposed to close at 10pm. Some people work late at night and need warm food! Sack that manager....

I’m a bit annoyed with this KFC. I asked if they did a BlueLightCard or NHS discount, and they told me no. But then I checked after I saw someone else pull out their bluelight card, and lo and behold there is a discount.I’m very annoyed that they outright said to my face no, but then we’re fine when someone else asked about it.Left a sour taste in my mouth

I do not think it even matters to write a feedback as they already got 2.5 star. However, I ordered 10PC chicken bucket box and got only six pieces. But we found it when we already started eating. I got back to them just to inform that there was 6 pieces instead of 10. I expected at a sorry but they did not even say a word.
